Car show with it in OKC this weekend and I can't wait to see it in person next to the new mustang!
My wife has a 2013 with 10k on it. I still love the 13 all day everyday.
And, I have a 2013 F150 with ecoboost and I can attest to its superiority in power over the 3V 5.4L. But, I do love that V8 firing up in the garage every time my wife goes somewhere.
Any additional pics would be appreciated. I'm interested in knowing what the instrument cluster looks like. Appears to have a center mounted speedo, where's the tach. Is it hidden by the info screen in the press pics? Thanks all.
My dad bought the TT V6 F-150 a couple of years ago and I have never been impressed with it. Sure, once the turbos spool it has plenty of oomph, but you have to wait for it. I haven't towed with my 5.4 yet but it'll have to be pretty bad to be worse than my dad's truck. Right now I am loving the throttle response in my 2008.
A TT half ton truck is a great idea and it's certainly capable, don't get me wrong. I just haven't ever enjoyed driving it.
I have to believe the front tag mount will be centered after looking more at the front end. With the slanted sides on the front air opening it would look terrible with an off-center mount.
I am on the fence to whether I should go from F150 to a 2014 Expedition. I have been a truck guy since 1977. Now that the v8's are going away, I might have to get off the fence and make up my mind sooner than later.

Yep ford made it easy to walk down the street to either GMC or Infiniti for my next ride. The ecoboost already works hard with the F-150 throw in the extra all the time weight of the Expedition plus 22" wheel/time combos (especially if going navigator) and it won't get good fuel economy and it won't be a pleasant around town ride.

You should visit the F-150 forum occasionally before making posts like this.
I'll say it again, I've driven at least a few hundred miles in my dad's "Ecoboost" F-150, about half of that towing something, and while it gets the job done it just plain sucks to drive. He's got the supercab too, not a crew. They're not for everyone.
If it sucks at towing there may be something wrong. I haven't towed with one but know plenty of people that have and compared to the 5.4 it is night and day from what I have been told. Even after driving one my closed minded attitude about only owning a v8 went out the window.
Everyone has their opinions about different trucks and that's good I just want to make sure his is running right before a fair judgment is given

You've said this a couple times but you haven't been clear on what sucks.
