Hey guys wats up, I have a 03 f 350 6.0. My 4x4 wont engage. I checked my fuses all are good except 31 no power. Is this the culprit?. I get power at the 6pin pig tail on shift motor, but the 2pin pig tail doesn't get any power at all. I pulled shift motor off manually put pwer on it and it works. I also replaced both 30amp relays under hood Im lost now please help.

 

I figured out that fuse 31 picks up power during start . Still lost though
