Filled up with diesel yesterday from a high traffic (Racetrack) gas station and when I reset trip A this orange box appeared and won't go away. Tried turning off and on the truck, no joy. Holding the "ok" reset button, no joy. Drove it to work this morning with no noticeable problems and it's still there. Only displays on Trip A. Ran a vehicle health report and nothing showed. Stopped at the local dealer on the way home last night and the tech said he had never seen that before. As far as I can tell the truck is fine except for this big orange box being displayed. Anyone have any ideas before I drop it off at the dealer?
Truck is a 2011 F-450 King Ranch with just under 30,000 miles. Regular service's are up to date (fuel filter is coming due). About 1000 miles away from the next oil change. No tunes or mods.
Thanks in advance for any ideas ya'll might have.

Reason: forgot picture
Try just pressing the "OK" button and not holding it. Does the orange box have an = sign in it? It sounds like you did not hold the OK long enough to reset and it is in pause.
Yep, tried just tapping it and holding it. It is resetting the trip though. Sorry, I couldn't get the picture to post. Its in my garage and here is the link...https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/m...-a-149449.html
May not be worth the hassle, but if you disconnect both batteries for 10 mins, it should clear it as well. That is definitely strange...I've never heard that one.
I don't think you lose your jukebox (but I'm not certain because I don't use it, sorry. To my knowledge that actual stored data). You won't loose your trailer information. I can't comment on the radio presets either...I've had both batteries out of the truck for an hour or so before and popped them back in and didn't loose radio presets. However, I did lose them all when my truck was in for repair of the electrical system some time ago, but they pretty much had to replace everything.
Funny this just happen on my wife's 2013 Ford Edge when I tried to reset the "B" trip meter after filling up. The "OK" button didn't clear it, but I believe the right arrow did? Have never seen it on my 2013 F350, but I'll wait for the fix before I try on it.
I have seen it on my truck and I can't tell you what I did to make it go away, but I don't remember it being much of a problem. Why is there a pause screen anyway?
I had that happen a couple of times also while resetting the trip meter i must have hit right or left arrow also and that org screen came up,I hit the left or right arrow and it went away.Must have confused the dash system.
