timing marks 1990 ford 5.0L

Hi everybody i am wanting to see a picture of the timing marks on the
harmonic balancer what it supposed to look like when its timed correctly
on a 1990 ford f150 4x4 5.0L engine the scribe line on the balancer does not
line up with the circle tab when the number 1 piston is at tdc on compression
and at the same time the rotor in the cap is pointing at number 1 spark plug
any help and pictures would be great thank you

Look to the right of that circle tab for the pointer. That is where mine is.

The scribe mark is not the timing mark.
Clean the harmonic balancer with sand paper and mark the harmonic balancer at 10 deg BTDC.
