Does your cruise control still work below 45 mph?

Well I went and replaced the speed sensor anyway and apparently that was the issue I figured either it'd work or not

I have a 96 bronco with two catalytic converters and no mufflers. I would like to cut off the second converter and replace it with a glasspack. What size pipe runs into the converter and out the other side?

I was going to suggest the speed sensor, I had an issues similar to that (not nearly as bad) and cleaning up the speed sensor fixed it. Glad you got it working again!

It would be better to start your own thread for this question, especially because it doesn't relate to the thread. Not trying to sound mean but I think it would help get more answers!

Anyways, I believe the FIRST catalytic converter has the OUTLET port at 2 1/4 inches, so the SECOND one should probably be both 2 1/4". I don't know if the inlet is the same or if it is smaller. Either the inlet is 2" or its 2 1/4", you might be able to tell by looking under the bronco and visually inspecting the pipes.

Apart from that, I wouldn't recommend putting a glasspack on. They will technically REDUCE performance because it will restrict the flow. Hooker makes some good mufflers that are free flowing and sound really nice. I hear that magnaflow also makes free flowing mufflers, and they supposed sound good too. Anyways, that's just my opinion!
