Standard window handle removal

Standard window handle removal

I know this may sound dumb,but how do you get a standard roll up widow door handle off,I dont see any screw or allen nut anywhere.The handle that rolls the window up ?

The outer cover pops off to allowing access to the screw, end opposite of the **** naturally.

The whole cover doesn't come off just pop it loose that end then rotate cover one way or the other little bit to gain access to the torx screw behind it securing it to the shaft.

My '94 in XL trim has a plastic cover than snaps over the window handle. Getting it out of the way was a matter of grabbing the lower edges with my fingers and pulling on it.The screw that holds the window handle on hides under that cover.

My 89 and 90 both have metal handles, screws readily visible.
