My Ex doesn't get hot
What have you guys done to limit air flow? Is there a windscreen or grill inserts?
I need to remove it in the summer time as it gets warm, it does get warmer. But I rarely see temps over 180-190 unless I am towing, but I have a stock thermostat in it.

You can put a piece of cardboard in front of the radiator. Zip tie it in place. Easy and cheap.
There are the same covers you can buy if you want something that does the same thing but looks better.
I have looked at the grill covers, not a fan of having the buttons sticking out in front of the grill. That's why I was hoping there would be some sort of grill inserts. Thinking of a to make my own, but wondered how effective they would be? I know any is better than none but don't wanna be wasting time if its not gonna raise my temps enough.
Best $50 and 20 minutes I've spent on the EX in a long while!
It runs better, warms up quicker, and blows hot air sooner - it also keeps the heater blowing hot air even idling at a stop light. My wife loves it now - it was getting to the point that she didn't want to ride anywhere in the EX when it was cold because it couldn't maintain cabin temp! It also runs smoother - the engine likes the extra heat!
I was a little worried about the buttons sticking out, but after installing it, it doesn't seem to bad, and it includes a bug net that can be installed. Will have to wait till it warms up to see if I'm going to install that or not.
