03 exp wont start

I was just looking to see what was involved in changing the turn signal switch. When removing the lower cover I broke the small green 4 pin plug just under the ignition key. It is part of the transponder key circuit. Today I replaced the plug and it wont start. Dash readout says engine data error and fuel system data error. I disconnected battery for 30 minutes and still nothing. Do I have to reprogram my keys? The theft light is not on. HELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLP please.

Something is still not right with the repair at the plug. The error is telling you it cannot communicate with the key when attempting to start the engine.
