6.9 timing/ smoke
Figured I would post a quick little video, it didn't matter if I advance the timing or I left it with the two hash lines lined up with each other. Meaning if I left it with both have marks lined up with each other I got a real light colored blue smoke when I reved it up, now as I advanced the timing the smoke turned to a gray color. Now since I don't have the timing adapter I put the pump back to the factory hashmark until I can get it timed to properly.. Anyway just wanted to post a video to see what you guys think. Yes the pump is a fresh rebuild that came off of a 7.3, I also have the injectors that were on that engine as well, they are also rebuilt and pressure set to 2,000 pounds BB code
