96 upgrades and problems

I have a 1996 f250 cc 4x4 7.3 a/t...........Ive had it for a few years now but when I got it I had to replace the fuel pump and hoses. I also had to replace the springs so I put a 4" lift and new brakes a rims. My plans was to do a cold air intake and exhaust and a chip but I just have not had the extra funds. Since then I have had to do the fuel pump 3 more times with only 20,000 miles and im still getting a fuel leak again. what is wrong???? Also I want to do a upright exhaust off the turbo kinda like a zumie or a tractor. has anyone done this? And lastly I have a really tight budget is there and extra tips to do for a extra bump on the cheep?

I did my whole exhaust 140. 80 for the down pipe 60 for a 90° elbow an old 6" stack of a totaled kenworth. Did my in take for like 36 price of the filter
