Great suggestions on this thread. I just discovered a bunch of water sloshing around in my driver's door on my 2015 F450. Pulled the aft-most plastic plug pin on the horizontal rubber gasket at the bottom of the door, found the rectangular drain plug, pulled that plug and a LOT of water came out. We've had about 4" of rain the past week, and truck was parked outside during that. Question is where is the water likely coming in? I can provide detailed photos of door fitment, gaskets, etc., but was curious likely entry point, and why only the driver's door? I hear no water when I swing the other three doors.

Likely the outer window seal across the bottom of the window, a small gap or tear and water puddles all along the edge and runs to the tiny gap and then straight down into the door. Roll the window down and i think you can just pull that strip off and replace it. Look at the new seal before you start and it should be obvious if its a straight up pull or if you have to pop some clips to get it off.
