I'm with UGA33 ...the basic essentials is delete/intake/exhaust.. so with afe stage 2...exhaust...mini maxx 250hp setting.. I don't see why you wouldn't be right at 600hp or any other setup Spartan/intake/exhaust would have you right there.. the tunes might not be dead on...but are they 40-50hp off... I don't think so.

I have the DPF/CAT delete and running an SCT tuner on stage 3, have no idea how many hp im pushing but can say my truck is amazing now. Love the power, gas mileage, and no regen is the best. I don't plan on running any hotter tunes so from what everyone has said I will stay stock on the intake for now. I will also say the people who haven't done the delete and say the mileage claims with the delete are BS should do a delete and see. Im lifted 5" and running 35"s and get 11.5-12 in town and 20 highway. Those numbers do change depending on many factors but Im very happy.

Do all of these tunes blow black smoke out of your exhaust when you hit the accelerator?

Can only comment on H&S, when the LBF (Low Boost Fueling 0 to 5) is set on 0, lowest fueling, very little smoke when hard accelerating while turbos spool up .

With the SCT it does blow black smoke if you get on it pretty hard. I try to avoid it because that also sends the boost gauge to 40 which makes me a little nervous with stock head bolts.
