5.4 misfire/backfire/running rough.
2001 f250 5.4. Changed the thermostat got coolant all over the engine . Thought it was the front coil on the driver side because I unplugged it ran the same. Took out coil not wet at all, cleaned it up a little put it back in ran a little better, slowly got better, went away for 3 days and than got worse as ever. Replaced coil no change. Im completely lost now. Im going to try other coils today to see if it's another coil. No check engine light on. Feels like a misfire or back fire it pops and runs rough. It only does it at low RPM or at slow acceleration or at highway speeds giving it light gas
