I would think from the #'s you just posted are good and since you are not using/ burning oil I would say you do NOT have a injector Oring problem. I would do the glow plugs and check the voltage on both sides of the GPR . Looking for a voltage drop.

It's using some oil, just not a lot. The blue smoke at cold start (instead of white) is what lead me to believe the o rings were bad. But I'll have to grab my voltage tester and check out the GPR this week.
Just finished up on my truck and figured I'd bring some closure to this thread.
All my injectors are AD's, so I'm assuming they're newer or rebuilds, since there wasn't an AE in the mix.
New Alliant injector o-rings, replaced what looked like newer o-rings that were colored differently (assuming chinese parts store specials) and obviously leaking.
My glowplugs were Autolites, one was broken when I pulled the plug off of it. They all came out with no issues though, luckily I did them in time.
Replaced the UVCH harnesses, and 50c mod. Had some burnt pins in the old connectors.
Truck started on the 4th try, fogged out my garage. Smoked white/blue heavily for a few miles, then cleared up and is now running great. The whole job was a huge pain, but I'm thinking it was well worth it.
Oh, and if you have remote start, make sure you aren't leaning against the key fob when you hook the battery back up to clear out the cylinders. I had just enough time to wonder why the fuel pump was kicking on when it started trying to start and spewed fuel all over me.

Glad you got it fixed. Sorry about the diesel bath...

They didn't start putting a LL injector in at the factory until sometime in the 2000 MY I think. Engines after serial number 1311240 were built with a long lead injector. Earlier engines would only have one if they were replaced for the "cackle" issue.
