water injection?

water injection?
So cruising around and found a video of water / methanol injection on a naturally aspirated engine, was on a 6.9/7.3. Is that worth doing on a naturally aspirated engine? Any pros and cons, what do you guys think?

some fellers on hear did some dyno pulls with it, and were not impressed, however IDK, real world test's on a long pull, IDK the egt's may go down, but I don't think it would be a significant power adder.

That's what I was kind of figuring meaning on some long steep grades, I am still naturally aspirated so it might help lower the egt's and could possibly bump up a little more timing & fuel....?
The truck does see a lot of flat land but it does see its fair share of Mountain grades. Also is a light four wheeler/camping rig, also does spend tons of time in super soft sand where pedal to the metal is needed
