Need Help 4" or 5" Rear Block's

Backstory is been reading/ researching this topic and just want some opinions. Truck is a 2002 F250 4x4 crew cab. I'm finally getting around to doing a front leveling kit but I am curious what to do in the rear. I use the truck to tow with probably more weight than I should, so I'd be ok with some rake to the truck. I have an 80 gallon fuel tank in the bed along with a toolbox that's loaded. When I go out to a job the tank is normally filled and I have about an additional 150 #'s in the bed. Trailer plus cargo is in the 12k-15k range. With the taller block's I'm sure it would help the squat when loaded. But would it be safe? Also have the factory rear sway bar will I need to get longer links for either of the block height's? Thank's in advance for any help.

If you want the rake check out the F350 blocks which will replace your factory blocks in the rear for nearly a 4" block. I am not sure about the end links though. New u bolts and nuts are needed for this swap though.

i think with that much weight you're going to want the 5" if you don't want any squat.. i have the factory 4" and with a 3" leveling kit up front it is almost level.. when i hook up the trailer (that doesn't have much tongue weight) it was exactly level. do you have OE overload springs?

safety-wise i think it would be fine, it being a one-piece block. you may have some axle wrap pulling heavy and/or gettin' after the throttle with that much leverage though.

swaybar-wise i don't have any insight.

Yeah I have overload's, and right now when loaded it looks like I'm ready for take-off. Empty I sit 38.5" Front & 39.5" Rear to the wheel well's (Stock). That's why I thought an extra inch in the rear might help.?. I've given thought to axle wrap and the fact that I will probably have to shim down the carrier bearing. But I think for the most part I'll be ok. Just have heard and read that the F350 had a longer linkage then the F250 did. Just wish I could find that info now.

I have 5" blocks in my lifted 04 250 and have had no issues. They give her a little rake, and she sits level with a heavy trailer.
