4" spacer blocks
Im looking to replace my 2" blocks on my 01 250 with 4" blocks. Any one done this before? Anyone by chance have a set of 4" blocks laying around taking up space? 
I just hate the look of a truck saging in the rear pulling a trailer.

i have looked into airbags for my dually, I wont be doing any heavy hauling with the 250. I just want it to "appear" not to sag in the rear when i pull my trailers. Dealer wants $47 a block and then ill need 4 u-bolts and im sure $15 a piece. Only if I had some 4" square bar laying around...

I have an 02 F250 4X4 with the same sagging rear problem. I took it to the local 4X4 store here and it cost me $145 for a 4 inch block kit and installation. Love the way it looks now. It sits just a little higher in the rear.
