Hard starting

Hey guys I got a question. My truck has a hard starting problem. I put new batteries in it changed the Injector return lines changed the starter I also checked to make shore the fuel lines weren't leaking and all the lines look pretty decent. I checked my glow plugs with a tester to make sure there working and the system and the glow plugs are working properly they are also new glow plugs. Is there something I'm missing or doing wrong?

Did you do an entire return line kit? Or just the little rubber lines? And did you do the little olive o-rings by the fuel filter housing and rear of the injection pump?

By 'hard starting' do you mean it won't fire off at all, or starts right up, then dies a few seconds later?
