Unplugged banks icp plug, popped out banks chip and it cranked hard fast and ran fine. The banks crap makes it harder to diagnose problems so its time to uninstall whatever this junk is. Next step is find out which "power pack" is on the truck so I can reverse everything back to stock and get a real tune. I dont need different levels just better towing and mileage. Thanks for all the help guys!
