Clay speaking of compression testers I had talked you about a ago year about if you carried or if you could get the Parker fitting M10-1/8F80HGS and I never heard back from you and I didn't followed up with you. So please let me know if you do or can.
For you guys don't know that is the fitting BigAl used to do a compression test, it is a the fitting that fits in the glow plug hole. It is made by Parker and is a M10 tread oringed male end that goes to a 1/8-27npt female end.
Thanks Dan for the link but after looking at it, it looks like it has a metal oring instead of rubber I might have to call them. Also I am going to check a place locally for the Parker one. But whenever possibly I would rather spend my money with Clay. But if he doesn't carry it so be it.

If you are familiar with a o-ring boss fitting, the metal ring/washer is the back-up for the o-ring. Go to the Parker website and search for a local store.

I did that today Dan and found a Parker dealer about 25 miles away that had it for $13.19. I would have gone to get it but we had 20 inchs of lake effect snow today off Lake Michigan and it shut down the interstate due to white out conditions. So tomorrow I'll go pick it up if it isn't snowing too much. Then with that fitting, grease gun hose and the harbor freight compression tester I'll have everything I need to do compression test when I get around to changing my glow plugs. Oh yea I also have a remote starter button I will use.
Dan that 20" of snow is all in a 15 mile band east to west. Outside that 15 mile area there is only about 4" of snow
Now for you guys that are going to use a remote starter button. Do NOT hook it up from battery side to starter cable you will fry the remote starter button.
ALWAYS hook it up to battery cable to relay trigger post and let the relay do it's job. I say this because I let a friend use my remote starter button that I had for 20 yrs and he burned it up! Thanks Dude! Now I have a new one that I ended up buying myself.
