I use LED replacements from Osram/Sylvania in a 2013 F250 Lariat. They are sold at auto parts stores, but I've seen them sold at Meijers for even lower -- about $10/bulb.
Just to clarify, the Osram/Sylvania LED bulbs I used in my F250 have a wedge base. Osram/Sylvania is a reputable brand and I bought them locally so I could return them easily if they didn't work well.
On the other hand, I ordered LED arrays through Amazon.com for my wife's Toyota 4Runner. They were made for festoon type fixtures like her truck has, but were too large to fit and I had to return them via UPS. It was a nuisance.
