I am new to this but I am in need of some information about replacing my manual lockouts I was some milemarker 449ss hubs but I am now being told that they are wrong and none of the parts stores carry anytime other than warn or dorman. My question is will these work I have seen a few threads and not sure if I am following their information or not. Thank you for any help that you can give.
Yes Milemarker makes the hubs for the Excursion, and for Chevys and Dodges.... if you dont know if they are for your Ford you can pop one of the factory ones out and compare it to the MM449SS..... that's about the only way if it doesnt say on the box what vehicle make it is for. Popping out a factory hub is easy, as long as you have a rubber mallet to tap it loose....
