I am a new member, still haven't figured out some things in this forum. Someone asked me a question about one of the pictures in my album, however when I went to answer I lost the message. Anyone have any idea how I bring it up again. I don't find this place that user friendly but I am computer eliterate so it's understandable I suppose.

Sometimes if you take a long period of time to draft a message (lots of content or step away mid draft and return later) you will lose said message. It's not recoverable.
Check your sent messages to see if it maybe did go out. If not, redraft it.
For messages that you know will absorb a large quantity of info, I draft them off the forum and copy/paste them to my reply just to make sure I don't experience that frustration.
(for the record, this is not the only forum out there that has this occur or in place)
Hey Tropic,
Emay has it correct - if you take a long time - you get logged out.
One other thing to note is if you subscribe (pay $20 membership fee) - You can post pics directly from your hard drive (much easier). It just makes it a lot easier & get's rid of most of the annoying advertising.

That could very well have been my problem, should have took typing in school. Didn't think I would ever need it 50 years ago. Thanks
I didn't know that, I will certainly spend the $20 to get rid of the frustration. Thanks
Having been a supporter for a few years, I tend to forget the best advantage of not having all those ads all over the board. Also, if you buy a 3 year membership you get a really nice T shirt.
That probably was me, I was asking about the green 2 door sedan. If you want to view what I had asked click on the picture in your album. The question I had asked was what was it as it looks to be around a 53 chev with a modified tail section from a 55/56 chev and wondered if you had more pics, it looks very interesting.
The car is a 1954 Hudson Hornet Special, it's a two door coupe. All original, it has the 308 flathead six that used to compete with the v8's when Nascar first started racing. I have the twin H carb system for it, but it's like everything else, never have time to put it together. Thanks for asking.
I call it the "Green Hornet".
I downloaded a few more pictures of the Hudson Under Tropic pic's as that's the only way I know how to post them. I was asked by a buddy of mine who owns the Cessna 195 to take these pictures as the car and the aircraft are the same year. It's a great car in unbelievable shape. I bought it in the USA from a member of the Hudson club down there. It's actually for sale as I want to do another project and something has to go.
Thanks for asking,
That's a 1958 TR6, it's not unit construction. The American market was complaining that they needed more power, so the Brit's built this bike only for the American market, it was not sold in England. It has twin carb's and a racing magneto from the factory. It came out before the Bonnyville. It has about 6800 miles on it, all original. Goes like hell.
