Front coil spring replacement
I actually got mine used off the classifieds here on FTE. On average they go for around $130, before shipping. Take a look at http://rough.roughcountry.com/ford.htm.

Front coil spring replacement
I posted a message about this about a week or two ago, and one of the FTE members sells Daystar coil spacers. He shipped them out today, so hopefully I'll have them on by next week. It's just a 2" thick red urethane coil tower that sits between your lower control arm and the bottom of the coil spring. Remember though, anything you do, it'll need an alignment. Send me an e-mail and I'll give you the guy's e-mail address. $60 including shipping, and you keep your stock handling.
