Hmm. I have a limited 4wd and it looks like the one you posted. Weird

Gotcha. I would have done the same if I was missing a piece too.

Like I said earlier, not naked, just showing a little leg...

Hmmm, new project, Ford Ex nose art... while our trucks are about as big as the WWII bombers, I am not sure my wife would be happy with that mod.

Does anyone know if the cladding will work with fender flares?

I know it doesn't work with cutout fender flares. I mean it'll work, but it requires trimming the areas that would be covered by the flares. The flares need to sit flush against the body.

i definitely dont want cutout flares! I only plan for a 4" lift on 35s with pocket style flares. it "looks" like the flares may be tall enough to go right overtop and still hit real metal.

Nope, the flares will still hit Even if they were large enough to got around the wheel well area they'd hit on the rocker panel section

UPDATE

Well, I went ahead and did it. It looks outstanding!
I really DO like the look without the cladding hanging on the sides and over the fenders.... my wife said she liked it either way, but could see how the cladding gave it more "character".... she said it looks more "truck like" now... which is EXACTLY what I want.

Thanks to all for input!

James
