60 Dana Help
Well here I am trying this forum. Like I said in the regular bump side forum I'm in need of help. I have a 69 f-250 2 wheel drive that is my project. I found a 73 f-250 donor truck on cragslist. I bought the truck got it home. We tinkered with it and got it running. To our amazement it runs and drives pretty darn good. OK now lets get to my question. The reason I bought the truck was for the 60 Dana rear Diff., 3:73 Gears with a Power Locking true Possi locking Diff, Carrier. After driving it we confirmed it posi. So here's the question has anyone here or can you lead me to a place where I can find someone who has changed the location of the spring and shock mounts in order for the 73 (wider frame) rear end to move over to my (narrower 69 )without get into the internal parts to which I'm clueless. It seems the fabrication and relocation is the way to go. PLZ Help THX David
