You should be able to get a straight piece of exhaust pipe, couplers, and u bolts at any auto store. Otherwise any exhaust shop can make the piece you need and flare both ends for you for pretty cheap.
I had this done to mine at the local muffler shop. Cost me $20 it actually sounds pretty good as I have the 4 catalytic convertor set up from the factory.
