Your bumper sounds as heavy as my current bumper/push bar combo.. and I have to do some seriously funny work to push that thing up into place myself. (Lie on my back, feet on the highest bar on the push bar and push up with my toes til it touches the fenders.)
I spent about 3 hours, prepping and painting ( More like bed lined and chassy saved)
I was very happy with the weld work and overall assembly, everything looks great. Unfortunately I could not mount it today. The bedliner takes a while to dry and its supposed to rain tonight. So I built a tarp fort over it for now. I will need to do some touch ups after I mount it. I sat the bumper down on some cinder blocks so I probably scraped some liner off. I wish I had a garage at my house.

If you wondering what the hell it is hanging from, I posted pictures before but I built this hanger thing to remove the top, it makes it easier and I can park under it for the night. And it came in handy for this.
I put chassy saver on the inside, it's a really thin liquid so it runs quite a bit. I may bedline over it.
I managed to get the bumper on today it was tough because this thing was a perfect fit, fit like a friggen glove over the frame rails. I absolutely love it was totally worth it. I measured from edge of fender to the pavement it was about 38 1/4" with the old bumper. The new one it was at 38". If it drops anymore I can get small 1/2 inch coil spring spacer from JBG that I will add.
I used my hanger thing and while I was removing the old bumper, my 60" Hi-Lift jack arrived which came in handy.
Here's the pics.
The help of the hi - lift jack. I used it to get each corner that kind of wraps around the truck flush and tight up to the fender.
Now it just needs a nice pretty winch hidden in there and you'll be perfect. I like the look of it a lot better than I thought I would. I might consider that over a custom tube bumper.
