Yep, that's obsolete from Warn. SoCal is full of off-road fabricators. I'd bring 'em a cardboard mock-up and have 'em fab one up. Alternatively, buy a welder and build it yourself. You'd be the big man on campus.
So today i was at work and a 75 F250 pulled up and it had this bumper. Guy said his dad bought it 4 him for X-Mas years ago.lol I really want this bumper now and dont see it anywhere. If anyone sees or knows where one is, please let me know
What part of the greater Seattle area did you end up moving to? I have recently been to a couple privately owned wrecking yards in Enumclaw and Spanaway, we have four (4) Pick N Pull between Arlington to Tumwater. We also have a couple B&R Auto Wrecking in Graham and Napavine, WA.
I find it odd, apparently the B&R wrecking yard in Graham, WA as of August 2024 (I don't know if this is for all B&R locations on the West Coast) does not let the public browse the yard any more for parts, the employees pull the parts for you.

Not to mention ruining a lot of potentially expensive parts just to get one out for themselves. Like chopping an entire wiring harness up to get a computer, or trashing a door panel to get to a window regulator. And we won’t even need to talk about the theft of small parts.
But your insurance idea is probably the most logical.
