Anti Theft System

Is there any way to disable the anti theft system? Mine is active and I cant start the EX. I was able to reset it one time and that got me home but now she is dead in the drive way. The windshield might have leaked the other day during constant rain so I have a drop light under the dash, HELP

Do you have multiple keys for it? (I hope so). If so, try the other keys. Sometimes the chip in the key goes bad and the security module in the coulmn does not recognize it.

If that doesn't work, find a nearby member with AE software to help you reprogam it (and get extra keys programmed)

Or call the locksmith - most of them have software to reset and make new keys ($$$$)

if you can, try and pull the codes and see if the PCM is powering up. Also check all of your fuses as well...

when my PATS acts up i have to disconnect one battery for a minute and it will reset.
