Turn signal switch 78-79 w/tilt & automatic
D8TZ-13341-A
Green Sales, Cincinnati, OH has 5 (800) 543-4959
Gentry Ford Sales, Ontario, OR has 1 (541) 889-7207
The parts catalog has this note
NOTE: Extreme caution must be exercised to assure that the speed control brush assy. is reinstalled correctly before installation of switch on units equipped with speed control.

In case you need the brush assy.
D0AZ-9C899-A
Green Sales also has 1 of these.
There are a couple of more dealers that have the switch but I avoid them if possible. Neither are customer friendly.
There are also 13 brush assy's. around, if need more names let me know.
The last prices on the Ford switch were on the expensive side, dealer cost $95.41, list $159.02

It's not. Some people prefer NOS parts when available.
I'm just letting the OP know that there are NOS pieces still available.

Rockauto has them. Mine was about $60 and fixed my intermittent signal issue. Plug and play.

I myself is one of those that prefer NOS parts when you can get them. But, having said that, there are times when the price of the NOS pieces is past ridiculous and I go with a quality aftermarket part.
Yeah, I'm not a big LMC fan .
