I have a ’99 Diesel E-350 extended cargo van. The blower motor has stopper working. The selector switch and speed switch seem to be working properly; there is power to the selector switch. The fuse is good. There is not power to the fuse when the key is on. How do I trouble shoot the system to find the problem and where do I find the components.

 

With my Dad's help (he's the electrical guy, I'm more mechanical) we traced the problem to the connection at the blower. Reconnected and now it works well.
