Blower not working on 1995 Diesel (powerstroke) E350
So my blower motor doesn't blow. The fuse was good and there was power to the switch on the dash. It doesn't work on any speed. What are the possible culprits and, in the case of the blower motor particularly (if i need to replace it) where located? I think I know where the resistor/relay is already. the blower motor in some ford vans is under the hood, passenger side but I have a very largish looking Air Conditioning component there. Is that it, or is it buried inside under the heater core? Thanks for any help.

Pretty sure even the diesel versions have their blower motors mounted same place as the gassers---right behind the battery. Here's a photo of my '03 E250 w/5.4 motor:
Could be something else where my battery is located---blower should still be in the same location.
Sorry if I'm wrong---never worked on a diesel.

It could be the switch now but most times it will be just one of the intermediate speeds that doesn't work.
I recently had something similar, my #2 or medium speed wasn't working. While the resistor could have been at fault I discovered the connector itself was burned and melted, possibly the real reason of failure, to wit:
With age any part of the blower motor circuit can be heat affected. In this instance an EVTM could have helped track down where power was available and where it was missing.

You would seem to have a problem beginning at the dash board switch connector running through out the wiring harness that terminates at the resistor connector.
If you don't have an EVTM for your year and model now would be a good time to get one. Anyone doing DIY electrical work needs one of these--they're invaluable.
I find mine on eBay, typically less than $20 shipped. Here's one a bit more money than $20 though: http://www.ebay.com/itm/1993-Ford-E150-E250-E350-Electrical-Wiring-Diagrams-Manual-Gas-Diesel-Econoline-/181375130025?pt=Motors_Manuals_Literature&hash=item2a3accd9a9&vxp=mtr
AutoZone has free schematics for download & printing but I'm not sure if they're as extensive and as descriptive as the factory EVTM's.
Sorry I can't give you a step-by-step procedure.
