Well a little update on the truck build, over the weekend I sold my beloved sunroof bus to fund the beast project and my other bus, a westfalia. Here's a picture of the one I sold.
Anyway the update is I bought a hid kit for my headlamps and installed them during lunch. The kit is a bi-xenon bulb kit and it rocks! the night time driving visibility is much improved and they look cool as hell. Here's a couple pics of the results, ill take some of the kit when its daylight out.
Where did you get the HIDs? I know there is a guy on one of the Ford Bronco forums that makes the housings for the slant nose. Did you get the housing as well or just the lights?
I found the housings on Amazon for 40 bucks for the pair, they have white leds but there are other colors available. The hid kit I got from hidextra.com for 120 bucks its a dual hid beam, you can get a cheaper kit but it has a standard halogen high beam and hid in low beam only.
