I haven't turned mine in to get the $50 core charge back yet. I may just keep it and have the caps replaced to have a spare. It looks perfect other than the one pictured above.

Have it repaired be sure and replace all the caps on it not just that one that looks bad now. It might be only one leaks but the others are not far behind, that and they might not work right or at all regardless of any signs of leakage at this point.
Mine was a bit worse than that and I fixed it. Pull the bad caps clean with alcohol and put it under a 3-5x glass. Look for burnt traces. If you don't have any then you can be pretty safe in fixing it. Cost is about $6 and an hours worth of solder time.
Just an update. The new computer fixed the stalling issue. I drove it for about an hour today and it did fine. Still has the high idle though. Its not very noticeable in gear, but its pretty high in park an neutral. I still think there is a vacuum leak somewhere that im missing.
I just wanted to update this thread for anyone using the search for a similar problem. Although I believe the computer needed replacing, I don't think it was the problem. About a month ago I had the same exact problem along with extremely hard shifting along with smoke at cold start. I replaced the mlps with the 95 style and all issues are resolved. I shifts like butter now, better that it ever has.
I got a guaranteed computer for my 91 for like 40 bucks
from pickapart?
They said they'd take it back if it didn't work, either itself or didn't fix MY problem.
Unheard of.
So I got it and it worked, fixed my old computer caps for like 10 bucks
and nice to have a spare for sure.
