I don't like having my spare in the sun, but under the truck is no friendly environment either. Seems like a lot of trouble to eliminate something a lot of folks desire?? (I remember Julie was keen on them?!)
I've heard a lot of positive comments about my side-mounted tire. I think it reminds folks of the Lassie TV show, or June Lockhart. Remember the sky blue Ford pickup? Come to think of it, I just assumed it was sky blue; we had a black & white TV. Mr.Wilson
