Trans issue...

Started my truck today. And put her into gear. Jumped forward and stalled...tried it again and did the same thing...let it idle for a little then it went in. Then turned onto the road and it was shifting all funky. Came to a stoplight. Stalled after it tried pushing me through it. I'm thinking torque converter..fluid is about a half to maybe a quart low. So really don't think that's it.. All started the the other day when I stopped and backed up to look at a house forsale. Then I put it into drive and it stalled. The shifted funny.

Fill the trans and see if that fixes it. Low fluid can cause the converter clutch to come on when it shouldn't be on.

See i thought that...but seems it would have to be lower than that.
