Did you get another bleeder from the auto parts and try it?
Try the bleeder from the old one?
If you haven't cleared the bleeders port took a real close look at it down in the hole? you should...... if it still leaks with a different bleeder.
The banjo bolt washers, should have included two, sounds like you put the one it did include under the bolt head (you said that) the old one remained stuck to the line block, very common for one to do that.
And yea reusing an existing one would be better then attempt to go without, regardless the lines bolt and bleeder they can't interfere with one another.

Yeah the caliper was in a sealed bag but I haven't gotten a chance to get another bleeder screw and try it. I was hoping that I could fix the problem without making another trip to the auto parts store.
I did check down the hole that the bleeder screws into but I haven't looked at the ports in the bleeder screw itself but I will...I will also get another bleeder screw when I get a chance (working all this week, 12 hr shifts! yea!).
I am tempted to pull the caliper off and just swap it out for another and pick up some extra bleeder screws all in one trip so I don't have to go back.
Ok, so exchanged it for another caliper, installed it, no more leaky! However, the brake pedal is still very soft. I know I am way low on fluid in the reservoir but the brake pedal should still firm up right? I have thoroughly bled all brakes including bleeding the MC when I installed it (including bench bleeding). Confirmed no leaks....I guess there has to be air somewhere!
Thanks guys for your input/ideas/advice. If I cant get this soft pedal issue figured out, Ill start yet another thread.

Did you bleed all 5 bleeder screws? Everyone always forgets the ABS/Brake porportioning bleeder.
It's on the drivers side frame rail, straight down from the master cylinder, bleeder screw is towards the front of the distribution block.
