steering intermediate shaft
Is there a difference between the steering intermediate shaft for the 87-91 trucks that belong in the F-150 and the F-250/350's Would like to put one in my 85 F-250 to tighen up the steering. I have changed out all the parts that wear out except the piece.
What about shocks that some people put on their 4x4 for the steering would that help?

No difference, and steering dampers only hide problems. Fix the steering. The purpose of a damper is to keep the wheels from kicking to the side when you encounter an obstacle - not to fix worn steering parts.
