FAMILY ENGINE NUMBER

I need to register my diesel trucks in California. I have three work trucks. Two were easy to get Family numbers for these Trucks. I used the VIN number and went to Dealer and got the Family engine numbers. Those Trucks were 2004/F550 and a 2005/F450. The Truck I need info on is a 1988 Super Duty with a 7.3 non-turbo engine. I called International and Dealer and were of no help. Thanks Mark

IIRC IDIs are K codes, not for certain, that may be IDIT only. Someone else will chime in.

According to Napaonline.com, F, K, and M are diesel engines. My '94 IDI (originally non-turbo) is an M code.
