Pulled the running boards, bumper, spare tire, hitch and everything underneath. Drilled the floor and rockers out. Hope to have everything cut a part tomorrow.

I was admiring the last round of pictures and thought of something, Ford switched the shocks from both in front of axle to one front/one behind at some point on the super duty's. Will the Ex tank clear the rearward shock? Or just reweld the shock mount on the axle front side?

Sent EX frame, gas tank Sheild and hitch out to be sandblasted today. Got it all back today to. Great turn around time. Got the 12 all cut a part. Just got to roll the back half off the frame rack.

No. I used an self etching epoxy primer. I don't like spray in bed liner material because it gets to thick and if it starts to rust by time you realize it you frame will probably be rotted through and it doesn't come off with a sand blaster.

I couldn't tell by the picks. Yea the self etching epoxy is way better. Are you keeping it the color of the 12' or is it going to be a custom paint job?
