Okay here I go. Being an ASE certified mechanic I don't often run across things I don't know what to call, HOWEVER I have.
Vehicle is a 95 F150 5.0 manual transmission 4wd
The part in question is the pins that stop the shift control rod from spinning. They slide into the grooves on either side of the ball at the bottom of the shift control rod.
So, What are they called and where can I get them?

Well I Think I have the anwer. I found a shifter repair kit (
)
in the kit it is called a shift control arm top pin.
in the kit it is called a shift control arm top pin.
