2wd to 4wd

I have the inline 6 motor and it's has a transfer case and all that and I'm buying another motor but it's connected to a 2wd trans will it bolt up fine to mine?? I know it's a stupid question but gotta ask just to make sure

All 300s use the same bolt pattern for the bell housing so no worry.

Yep. Most of the drivetrain differences between 2wd and 4wd are in the tailshaft of the transmission so the transfer case can bolt to it. Everything from there forward is the same.

Not really a stupid question. The engine will still bolt to your current trans, as the bellhousing pattern is the same on all 300's. However, if the trans is not the exact same model, you *may* need to use your current flexplate/flywheel and starter.
