Any one had to replace fuel pumps in the 6.4. If so what was the way to go about replacement?

That's only half a joke. The HPFP is an expensive fix pretty much not matter what. If you get lucky you'll get to it before it actually grenades. That's merely expensive. If it grenades internally it tends to take out just about everything down stream and that gets stupid expensive.
I guess there are a couple problems people have with the HPFP that I'm aware of. The one that I was referring to is with the HPFP cover gasket the old wires on the driver side plug aren't protected well and they get chaffed from rubbing against the cover and eventually ground out. If you google the cover gasket you can see the difference between the old and the updated versions. The new one has a plastic sleeve covering the wiring going to the plug. Just changed mine.
