Air Charged Temperature Sensor

I have a 351 W in my 1966 f100 it has been having some trouble starting in the morning when its cold. I had a guy tell me that I needed to change the Air Charged Temperature Sensor. However I am having difficulties finding it, does anybody know where it is located?? I have already found the temp sender and at first mistooken it for the air charged temp sensor.

Unless the motor in that truck is EFI it doesn't have an IAT sensor.
