I bought Eagle Eye headlights http://www.ebay.com/itm/1999-2004-FORD-F-250-F-350-SUPERDUTY-00-04-EXCURSION-LED-FACELIFT-HEADLIGHTS-/400269463942?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&fits=Model%3AExcursion&hash=item5d31eb5186&vxp=mtr with the LED in the middle.
I had to hack the shirt out of the header panel to make them fit, but they look great now and I'm very happy with them!

Or you can find an F250 grill in a salvage yard, lots of options.
Congrats on the purchase, now we will all be more than happy to help you spend your money!

Your 305/70R16 tires look to be 33" tall as opposed to the stockers at 31.5". So if you are going to regear for better towing I would go with 4.56 gears to keep the effective ratio at 4.30 or above. What gear ratio does your EX have to start with? Is your EX a 4X4? If so both axles will need to be redone with new gears, about $2k total depending on your location and the shop chosen.
The Hellwig rear (anti) sway bar is a great addition to our trucks, and the new design of Hellwig's end links allows for some adjustability, nice improvement over the older style I used.
As for towing your 7k camper, make sure those tires are load range E, and invest in a good (or better than good) weight distribution hitch with sway control. The factory springs on our EXs can be a weak link while towing heavy, you may be OK at the weight you plan to pull, or not......... A good test run with your camper loaded up will let you know. Respringing to a good set of F-250/350 springs is fairly easy and can be done by almost anyone with a helper, they are heavy. Lots of info here on spring swaps, that's a pretty common mod for EXs. My upgraded springs made my Ex into a new truck! I pulled a 31' 9.5k lb ToyHauler with mine for 3 years and over 20k miles, it was unpleasant to say the least with the stock suspension. With the new heavier springs it is a joy to drive and all of the past handling issues are history.
