Has To Be The Worst Name For A Good Place.
Started by a man and his 4 sons. They've done a great job at staying good at burgers and not trying to become every other fast food joint. They make burgers and not much else. They do not advertise, nor do they cater. One reference I usedin a paper I wrote about them told a story about the Five Guys location in Washington, DC. An admiral requested they deliver a bunch of burgers to the pentagon and was told 'no. We do not deliver.' From my understanding, that particular store is standing room only at lunchtime now.
As far as the policies of Sonic and the franchisee,
it's their store, so I leave it up to them to make the rules...
as long as you know the rules going in, it's your choice to live by them or not go to work there...
Otherwise it's somewhat like running away from your old place cuz you didn't like it and going to a new country/state/city and trying to change it to make it like the one you left

I couldn't disagree more. The employer is prohibited from any deduction that would reduce the employee's earnings below minimum wage. If the employer is claiming the maximum available tip credit, any deduction at all is illegal. The employer's "rules" are irrelevant.
