Leaf Spring Bushings

eyes going crossed looking so see if you guys can help. I just bought a 2000 ex with a lift on it and need to replace the leaf bushings. Do you know if the bushings would be the same size as the stock leafs? I'm thinking even though lifted, the eyes of the leafs should be same size but I have no idea. thanks
