Problem with gutter rail
On the roof at both RHT & LFT sides there is a gutter rail is (the only thing I think of calling it). There is a seam between the roof and that gutter. The sealant or chalking material they used is cracking and needs to have something done to it so it wont rust, or leak inside the cab. Is that a special kind of auto body chalk, or could I just use a good silcone chalk? I need to do something about this soon, any help would be appreciated.

Actually it's called seam sealer... An auto parts store that sells paint supplies will have it, if not you can check with a body shop in your area and find out where they get it.. They might even sell it to you, some do...

Drip rail is the name of it... and good thing you asked what to use on it. I wasn't so smart about it and thought "gee I'll just use some clear silicone on it"... yeah bad idea. Now I gotta scrape/wire brush it all out and reseal before I can paint lol.
