Isn't that how it goes Jim? It's in good shape. Just high on the miles. He got it for a decent price too. What sold us was not having to drive the 5 hours to the bay or 6 hours to Portland. It was semi-local.

Jim, the dates I am referring to grow on tall palms. They are about 40% sugar and they sell them at stands on the side of the road. Not like the other dates standing on the corners on Indio Blvd.
